Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPTThe aim of the consortium benchmarking "Agile Invention" was to identify success factors for the use of agile development methods in the early phases of the innovation process. For this purpose, tried and tested approaches within the fields of (structural) organisation, identification and evaluation of ideas, agile processes and methods as well as culture and mindset of companies were examined and analysed.
